My favorite Patches cameo comes from 2015’s Bloodborne. So if, like in Demons Souls, you don’t allow him to get him to a point where he stands, Patches becomes a merchant and sells his unbegotten loot in Firelink Shrine. Similar to Demons Souls, he lures you with a promise of treasure, but does not send you careening over the cliffs and into dark chasms. Trusty Patches were introduced to your Dark Souls in 2011 and adapted to the different locations of the game depending on the progression of the game. I’d be curious to learn more people killed him on PS5 as opposed to the PlayStation 3 original. While most people disagreed with the changes made to the visual appearance of the Dumble’s PlayStation 5 remake, I applaud Bluepoint for using the upgraded visuals to give Patches one of the punchable faces I’ve ever seen in a video game. If you allow the Patches to live, he’s going to a game park. In both cases, he apologizes for his actions once you are out of his traps. Like his Armored Core appearance, Patches the Hyena is a cowardly, conniving NPC who twice leads you to compromising situations in the hope that you’ll die so he can loot your corpse.

Though he had first launched in 2008, and was released in the release of the film Armored Core as a Patch the Good Luck, a faceless, rival pilot with a fondness to attack you rather than defeating you, most people experienced a unique unique brand of tomfoolery by the following year. When it comes to the company’s genre-defining Souls and Souls-like games, patches must be a familiar face to the longtime fans of From Softwares history. That amazing video of Patches in action captured at the very beginning of the time, the Chuso was quickly cut down.
After looting a treasure chest, the Spanish television legend ChusoMMontero arrived face-to-face with Patches in his session. In response to an announcement made by Red Bull that brought several famous Twitch personalities to demo Elden Ring, there was an appearance in the upcoming game named Patches. If you don’t know what you’re doing in here, keep in mind that you cannot delete your own dranks, but last time you open this tab or click on the link to one of Kotaku’s other fantastic stories, but you are going to find something to see in Elden Ring before it launches on February 25th. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t legitimate links between From Software’s latest action game and more recent games like Demons Souls, Bloodborne and even Armored Core. If Elden Ring is different, it’s just that its all the same fate as Dark Souls, it’s just in terms of story and lore.
